Photo Diary of Bloodroot Salve Treatment
This man had a diagnosed squamous cell cancer on his face. He chose the bloodroot salve treatment so as not to lose part of his nose to surgery. Here you can see the eight stages of his treatment.
- salve is applied to the site
- the tumor becomes eschar
- eschar separates from surrounding tissue
- eschar comes out
- the cavity is clean and healthy
- healing clay was applied (or other healing preparation)
- the cavity fills
- skin regrows
NOTE: The little scar that remains was actually caused by the biopsy that showed the tumor was a squamous cell carcinoma.
